The Role
You'll work full-time embedded with a US startup — directly with a founder or head of function. A-Players is your employer; the startup is where you operate . The exact shape of the role depends on the placement: some BAs focus on customer success and account management, others on BD support and outreach, others on executive operations and stakeholder communication. What's consistent across all placements is that you're the person external stakeholders actually hear from — and you're accountable for what happens next.
