Social Media Supervisor (Volunteer/Remote)

Responsibilities And What You Will Do:

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Oversee Social Media Department which includes (but is not limited to): Content Creators, Content Proofreaders, Video Editors, Quality Assurance Specialist, Special Project Interns, Graphic Designers, Visual Content Designers. Outreach Coordinators, and Social Media Schedulers

Rally team to ensure all tasks are completed on time/by their due dates Provide department updates Conduct 1:1 trainings with new team members Regularly communicate with team to answer questions/troubleshoot/train Provide recommendation letters/confirmation of volunteership/LinkedIn recommendations (upon request) Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals Set specific objectives Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) working with other agencies Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
