Position Summary
The Healthcare Privacy Analyst supports the organization's Privacy and Compliance programs by coordinating privacy-related activities, managing regulatory documentation, assisting with investigations, supporting audits, maintaining policies and procedures, and serving as a liaison among Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, and operational stakeholders. This role focuses on healthcare privacy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation activities. While incumbents may possess legal education or attorney licensure, the position does not engage in the practice of law, provide legal advice, establish attorney-client relationships, or represent the organization in legal proceedings.
