OVERVIEW
Ad Results Media (ARM) is hiring a New Business Development Director for Audio & Podcasts to own the development and conversion of net-new client opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through pitch, negotiation, close, and a structured handoff to the client team.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can i) convert againsthigh-quality inbound leads, and ii) create net-new opportunities where none yet exist. We’re looking for someone equally comfortable leading a formal pitch process and pursuing a promising lead with persistence, ingenuity, and confidence until they reach the right decision-maker.
