Albida is seeking a highly experienced Senior HCM Consultant to lead and deliver complex Human Capital Management (HCM) projects, providing expert advice and solutions to clients across various industries.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage full lifecycle HCM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Act as a subject matter expert in various HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Benefits) for chosen HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday).
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis and design, identifying opportunities for optimization and alignment with HCM best practices.
