Impact Fee & Housing Nexus Study Consultant

AlphaGov is seeking an Impact Fee & Housing Nexus Study Consultant to prepare technical analyses and fee recommendations for a local government engagement. You will evaluate how new development affects public infrastructure and housing demand, document the basis for proposed fees, and support the client through review and adoption.

This engagement requires direct experience developing defensible studies that connect development impacts, documented needs, and proposed fees under applicable state requirements.

What you’ll do

• Review existing fee programs, development forecasts, capital improvement plans, housing data, and relevant prior studies.
