Position Overview

This position’s primary responsibility is to grow incremental business with new and existing customers, increase shop productivity and efficiency and improve profitability for the overall vehicle service and upfitting business.
This responsibility involves ensuring operational standards are maintained, ensuring safety of company operations and employees, up to date training and development is supported for all team members and maintaining exceptional relationships with all client stakeholders. Be a technical lead with job builds, manage inventory and profitability of all jobs sold.
