About Vibrant Performance
Vibrant Performance is the affiliate partnership agency division of The Aragon Company. We help advertisers grow through the development and management of various marketing channels, including Affiliate Marketing, AEO, Paid Social, and Pay Per Call. Our agency specializes in finance and lead generation but also touches a broad range of businesses from B2B, mobile app, subscription products, and more. We're a lean, fast-moving team that rewards ownership and measurable results.
The Opportunity
We're hiring a dedicated Account Executive to own our new-business sales end to end. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role for a closer who can build their own pipeline and take a deal from first conversation to signed contract — then set it up for a smooth handoff to our delivery team. If you love owning the entire deal rather than a single slice of the funnel, and you want real influence over how a growing business scales, we want to hear from you.
We're specifically looking for a proven sales professional with experience selling agency services, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or similar digital marketing solutions. Industry knowledge and an understanding of performance-based business models are essential to being successful in this role.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle — carry every opportunity from prospecting through discovery, proposal, negotiation, close, and contract — no handoffs between stages.
Build your own pipeline — self-source opportunities through outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls), competitor and market analysis, and inbound follow-up.
Run sharp discovery — understand each prospect's goals and shape the right affiliate-program solution.
Build and present proposals — craft tailored proposals, present them with confidence, and work through objections.
Negotiate and close — lead deals to a signed contract and consistently hit your number.
Own your pipeline in HubSpot — keep deals, stages, and forecasts accurate and current.
Hand off cleanly — transition closed clients to the delivery team with full context so onboarding starts strong.
Grow the base — spot and pursue cross-sell opportunities across The Aragon Company's services.
What You'll Bring
Must have agency, affiliate, or performance-marketing sales experience
Proven full-cycle sales experience carrying and hitting an individual quota (typically 3–6 years), including self-sourcing and closing your own deals.
Strong discovery, proposal, and negotiation skills, and the confidence to own a number.
Disciplined CRM and pipeline management, with accurate forecasting.
A self-motivated, coachable approach and a track record of thriving in a fast-moving, targets-based environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
We're also open to interviewing salespeople who have sold bespoke or consultative services
Nice to Have
Experience selling services, retainers, or other consultative offerings.
Exposure to financial services or other regulated, compliance-sensitive verticals.
HubSpot proficiency and familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Everflow, Impact, TUNE, Rakuten, or Partnerize.
How You'll Be Set Up to Win
Coaching & enablement — dedicated sales coaching, training, and HubSpot enablement to help you ramp fast and keep growing.
Line of sight to impact — clear revenue targets and a direct connection between your work and the company's growth.
Room to grow — a path toward senior sales roles as we scale.
Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary in the range of $80,000–$95,000, plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings (OTE) are approximately $135,000–$160,000, based on a roughly 60/40 base-to-variable mix. Your base within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. Because this role is remote, the range reflects a national market, and final offers may vary by geography.
Benefits & Perks
As a full-time employee, you'll be eligible for a comprehensive U.S. benefits package, including:
Fully remote — work from anywhere in the U.S., with no requirement to report to an office.
Medical, dental & vision — medical coverage through Aetna (including no-deductible and HSA-compatible high-deductible plan options) and dental and vision through MetLife.
Tax-advantaged accounts — Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and commuter (transit/parking) benefits.
Life & disability — company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance, with voluntary supplemental life and short- and long-term disability options.
401(k) — retirement plan with automatic enrollment, administered through Empower.
Unlimited paid time off — flexible PTO (after an initial 90-day period), plus paid sick leave.
Paid holidays — a generous holiday schedule, including a company-wide year-end closure between Christmas and New Year's.
Wellness perks — One Medical membership, Talkspace virtual therapy, an Employee Assistance Program (Health Advocate), Kindbody family-building support, and employee discount programs.
