As a Copilot Lead, you own Arrow’s strategy for the Microsoft Copilot portfolio — a strategic, high-visibility area of Microsoft’s AI business. Serve the layers: internal country team, partners and their end customers — enabling each layer before moving to the next.
Lead marketing campaigns for the pillar, in coordination with our marketing contact and Microsoft, to generate demand and pipeline.
Skill up teams and partners by defining and running enablement on Copilot products for internal teams and the partner ecosystem.
Create packaged services — turning products into ready-to-sell services, motions and frameworks that partners and countries can take to market.
Example initiatives you will build
Concrete examples of the kind of motions and frameworks you will design and roll out:
Copilot Adoption Workshops — a repeatable, country-ready workshop format that partners can deliver to customers.
Copilot readiness and assessment frameworks to help partners qualify and prepare customers.
AI adoption and change-management playbooks that drive usage, seats and consumption after go-live.
Copilot Center of Excellence blueprints for partners and larger customers.
Sales-acceleration frameworks and packaged offers that shorten the path from interest to deployment.
Required experience & skills
Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and of how a value-added distributor operates (partner model, channel, incentives).
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Copilot family - enough to shape offers, frameworks and enablement.
Experience building go-to-market motions, sales enablement frameworks, or channel/partner programmes.
Strong programme and project management: able to run multiple initiatives across many countries in parallel and follow them through to landing.
Stakeholder management across an international organisation.
Key competencies
Fluent English — 100% written and spoken; this role works across all countries and directly with Microsoft.
Organised and structured — keeps many initiatives, countries and stakeholders moving without dropping follow-up.
Creative — able to design new motions, campaigns and frameworks from a blank page.
Strategic yet hands-on — comfortable setting direction and personally building the artefacts that make it real.
Autonomous, proactive and collaborative — self-driven, while aligning with the AI Business Solutions Lead.
