Remote Litigation Personal Injury Attorney – Texas Only

Avrek Law Firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Texas-licensed Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney with hands-on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience who is comfortable managing cases immediately, developing litigation strategies, and advocating for injured clients throughout the litigation process.

This position will begin as a remote role for candidates residing in Texas . Avrek Law Firm anticipates opening a Dallas, Texas office in 2027. Once the Dallas office opens, this position will transition to a full-time, in-office role in Dallas, TX . Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site in Dallas at that time. This is not intended to be a permanently remote position.
