Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve L1/L2 incidents in the FPSL environment within defined SLA windows; escalate L3 issues to onshore lead with full root cause documentation
- Execute approved configuration changes in FPSL — posting schemas, accounting rules, product type setup — following signed-off functional specifications
- Perform unit testing, regression testing, and defect tracking for all enhancement changes prior to onshore review
- Maintain and update AMS runbooks, configuration workbooks, and known-error database entries
