Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support enterprise AI platforms (Copilot, Claude, firm-built Azure-hosted AI) — availability, performance, policy compliance
Work with APIs, connectors, and automation tools to enable secure, approved data access for AI systems while preserving ethical walls, matter confidentiality, and firm governance requirements
- Coordinate with vendors on platform updates, feature enablement, and operational troubleshooting
- Maintain documentation covering AI platform configuration, access procedures, integrations, and operational standards
