Role overview

As a Solution Engineer at Bluestone PIM , you lead the technical sales engagement throughout the entire customer buying journey. Working closely with Account Executives, partners, and customer stakeholders, you own the technical strategy for each opportunity, from discovery and solution architecture to evaluation, risk mitigation, and executive alignment. You ensure that customer requirements are translated into a compelling, achievable solution vision while building confidence among both business and technical audiences. Success in this role requires a combination of technical credibility, commercial awareness, relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles through to a successful outcome.
