Why BR-DGE ?
We're a payments company where a Sales Development Representative can open a conversation with a tier-1 operator and see it turn into a live enterprise deal.
Payments infrastructure is where fintech is being rebuilt, and our BR-DGE builders are at the heart of it. Founded in Edinburgh in 2018, BR-DGE is an award-winning pioneer in payment orchestration: our platform lets enterprise brands route, optimise and control payments across providers, without being locked into any single one. Our customers include The Hut Group and Betfred, and we work alongside partners like Visa and Worldpay. We closed a £10m funding round in 2026 to accelerate growth, and our transaction volumes are climbing fast.
We’re ~100 people and remote-first: big enough to have real customers, scale and backing, small enough that your work is visible and your voice carries weight. Here, you won't just join our roadmap, you’ll help us build it.
Why this role exists
The iGaming sector is one of the most dynamic, high-volume, and technically demanding ecosystems in digital commerce. Operators face relentless challenges with payment acceptance rates, regulatory shifts, cross-border routing, and checkout friction.
BR-DGE solves these critical pain points through our independent orchestration platform. To capitalise on our momentum, we are hiring a dedicated Sales Development Representative to spearhead our outbound engine across the iGaming vertical. You will be the tip of the spear - identifying operators, opening doors to key decision-makers, and laying the groundwork for high-value enterprise partnerships.
What you’ll be doing
As our Sales Development Representative for iGaming, you will drive high-quality pipeline by executing creative, multi-channel outreach campaigns. You will act as a trusted advisor from the very first touchpoint, cutting through the noise with targeted insights that speak directly to payment leaders' commercial priorities.
Your day-to-day will include:
Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Executing highly personalised, multi-channel cadences (phone, tailored email, and LinkedIn) targeting our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across operators and platforms in the iGaming space.
Qualification: Conducting structured discovery conversations to assess prospect challenges against established qualification frameworks (such as MEDDIC or BANT) before securing meetings.
Data / CRM Excellence: Maintaining flawless data hygiene within HubSpot, tracking touches, notes, and pipeline stages in real time to ensure reliable reporting.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly testing, analysing, and iterating on email copy, call angles, and sequence structures to improve response and conversion rates.
What we’re looking for
This role is for someone who wants autonomy with the ability to make a tangible mark on our growth. We are looking for someone who balances commercial curiosity with disciplined execution.
Essential Experience:
Proven track record in a B2B outbound prospecting role (SDR, BDR, or inside sales), consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline and meeting targets.
Prior experience prospecting within the payments, fintech, SaaS, or iGaming / gambling / sports betting sectors.
High confidence and capability across multi-channel outreach, with particular comfort conducting cold phone calls and crafting bespoke written pitches.
Hands-on experience working with sales qualification methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, BANT, or similar).
Working knowledge of modern sales technology stacks, specifically CRM management within HubSpot.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, low-ego, and consultative communication style.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and data intelligence tools (e.g., Apollo, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
