Overview
The IT Sr Software Support Engineer participates in analysis, program design, coding, QA, documentation, software support and other programming and/or analysis tasks needed to produce reports and interfaces and support team's systems. Demonstrates technical leadership and ability to function as Project Leader. Responsibilities
- Supports both in house written software and purchased external written packages.
- The team is an integral part of testing, implementing and supporting new modules as well as major yearly upgrades and other updates.
