JOB SUMMARY:
The Credit Bureau Reporting & Corrections Analyst is responsible for handling Electronic Credit Bureau Disputes, reviewing all credit inquiries, disputes and complaints from borrowers or their authorized representatives, researching and resolving issues, and providing responses within deadlines. Perform all duties in accordance with all company guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations, wherein the company operates.The approved starting pay for this role is $30.32 - $32.80 per hour.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Investigate credit reporting disputes by analyzing our records in comparison to the industry standards (Metro 2® Format) for Credit Reporting, in addition to Carrington 's own company policy for accurate credit reporting.
