JOB SUMMARY:
As a Sr. Escrow Oversight Specialist, you will be responsible for enhanced specialized processes including but not limited to overseeing our loans with mortgage insurance premiums, reconcile and pay all mortgage insurance premiums consisting of more than $33 million a month, and placing escrow stops on loans pending a refinance. This position will require your ability to perform Escrow Vendor Specialist Level II tasks. This is an experienced level job that handles processes with a moderate to high degree of complexity. Duties are to be performed in accordance with all US State and Federal laws/regulations as well as the company’s outlined policies and procedures.The approved starting pay for this role is $22.00-$25.00 per hour.
