PART-TIME SCHEDULE. NOT A PART-TIME MINDSET.
Choate Agency | Symmetry Financial Group | Remote | U.S. Residents Only Most part-time listings are written for people looking to do less.
This one is for people who are good at something and currently underpaid for it — who have 10–20 hours a week and want those hours to actually count.
If you're already strong with people and tired of your income being decided by someone else's budget, keep reading.

WHY PART-TIME ACTUALLY WORKS HERE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Because we removed everything that wastes a salesperson's time.
You're not generating leads. You're not building a pipeline. You're not sitting in meetings or managing a territory. Our platform delivers people who raised their hand, our system gives you the process, and your only job is the part that actually matters — the conversation and the close.
That's how 10–20 focused hours produce what most people earn full-time.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHO DOES WELL HERE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ We don't care what industry you're from. We care how you're built.
→ Commission salespeople — real estate, solar, mortgage, auto, B2B → Athletes, coaches, and veterans — you already know how to execute a system → Corporate professionals who've hit an income ceiling → Teachers, first responders, and parents who need real flexibility → Gig workers ready to trade hourly earnings for commission upside The common thread: self-directed, coachable, and good with people. No insurance experience required — we train the right mindset.
A life insurance license is required to sell — not to apply. We contribute $100 toward your pre-licensing course and most people finish in 2–4 weeks while still working their current job.
Already licensed? You could be contracted and writing business within days.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
THE HONEST PART
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This is 100% commission. No base, no guarantee, no floor. That's what makes the ceiling real.
People who follow the system and work consistently hit the numbers above. People who work in bursts don't. We'll give you the leads, the training, and the mentorship — the consistency has to come from you.
Not for you if: you want guaranteed hourly pay, you need someone checking your activity daily, or you're located outside the United States.

APPLY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
No cover letter. Just answer two questions:
What's something you've been genuinely good at — and what did it take to get there?
How many hours a week can you commit, and what would those hours need to earn for this to be worth your time?
Strong applicants are contacted within 48 hours for a 20-minute conversation. No pressure — we'll both know quickly if it's a fit.
