About the Role
We are seeking a The Senior Lead – Billing and Disputes is responsible for managing customer billing disputes from identification through resolution globally. This role serves as a key liaison between Accounts Receivable, Billing, Sales, Finance, Tax, Customer Service, and other internal teams to investigate discrepancies, determine appropriate resolutions, and ensure accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of accounting, is an excellent individual contributor with analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to research complex billing issues while maintaining a strong customer-service focus.
