As the Director of Operations at Client Accelerators , you will be responsible for building, managing, and continuously improving the operating system of our company.
Our goal is to scale Client Accelerators to $20M in Annual Recurring Revenue and $5M in EBITDA, without requiring our CEO to remain involved in the day-to-day operations of the business.
Your job is to make that possible.
You'll work directly with our CEO to translate the company's vision and strategic priorities into measurable goals, operating systems, departmental accountability, and consistent execution.
