Build long-running clinical workflows in Temporal (.NET SDK), such as lab orders, result review, critical result alerts, and medication change approvals.

Connect AI assistant features to care services through secure, permission-scoped tools, and require clinician approval before AI output affects clinical records.
Build secure login, consent, and access rules by tenant, patient, and purpose of use (OIDC, OPA). Secure partner connections with mTLS/OAuth.
Package and deploy services as containers on Kubernetes (GKE/AKS) through CI/CD and GitOps, with health checks and autoscaling.
