It is responsible for helping the team operate complex marketing initiatives efficiently across campaigns, events, product launches, content initiatives, email programs, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, exceptional organization skills, hands-on familiarity with marketing projects automation, and a deep understanding of how modern B2B marketing teams execute work from planning through delivery.

Support basic reporting on email performance.
Workflow & Process Management: Help improve operational workflows and team organization across the marketing function. Maintain project management systems, templates, documentation, and operational standards while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as an operational liaison across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Design, and external partners. Facilitate communication, follow-ups, stakeholder alignment, approvals, and accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Documentation & Organization: Organize and maintain centralized project documentation, campaign assets, timelines, and operational resources across tools such as Asana, Hubspot, Airtable, and Google Drive to ensure teams have clear visibility into work and priorities.
Execution & Delivery Support: Help drive projects from intake through completion by proactively tracking deliverables, identifying risks or bottlenecks, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring work moves forward efficiently and on schedule.
Team & Organizational Support: Contribute to building scalable operational foundations for the Legal & Insurance marketing organization by helping improve visibility, accountability, collaboration, and execution consistency across campaigns, projects, and events.
