【Responsibilities】
Responsible for developing and managing Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional partners, and professional trading teams in the Forex and CFD markets to establish long-term collaborative relationships.
Assist traditional finance clients in understanding Web3 trading mechanisms. Provide professional onboarding guidance and smooth transition.
Maintain day-to-day communication and service for partnered channels. Promptly address and resolve clients' core concerns during their trading journey to build long-term, stable business relationships.
Monitor market trends, policy shifts, and competitor activities within the traditional Forex and DeFi landscape. Provide frontline feedback to help the team optimize commercial policies and IB commission structures.
