Fractional Chief Financial Officer

About Delfina

Every pregnancy deserves to be seen, supported, and safe. Delfina is a maternal health technology company using AI-powered platform to support pregnant and postpartum patients. We partner with health plans, community health centers, health systems, and public sector agencies to close gaps in care before they become emergencies.

Our model is built on outcomes: we increasingly work through value-based arrangements with Medicaid and commercial health plans. That makes financial rigor central to our mission, not separate from it.

The role

We're looking for a Fractional CFO to own Delfina 's financial strategy as we scale and prepare for our next phase of growth. You'll be a hands-on partner to our CEO, a trusted voice with our board and investors, and the person who translates our impact into a durable financial model.
