Imagine this - you are helping Destinus expand across one of the most strategically important and fast-moving defense markets in Europe. As a Junior Business Development Manager for Eastern Europe, you will support the identification, development, and execution of new business opportunities across the region, working closely with senior commercial leaders, customers, government stakeholders, and internal technical teams.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build strong commercial expertise in aerospace and defense. You will gain direct exposure to complex sales cycles, public procurement, tenders, customer engagement, and market development while contributing to Destinus ' growth across Eastern Europe.
