Nearshore Sector | SRE / RCA Lead & Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SRE / RCA Lead & Manager to join our nearshore team in Portugal supporting a major aerospace customer. In this role, you will lead the Dev/DevOps Run & Build team, drive SRE culture across serverless cloud applications, and ensure high availability, reliability, and continuous optimization. You will bridge development and operations, manage incidents and root cause analysis (RCA), and lead observability strategies in a modern AWS serverless ecosystem.

• Manage and lead the nearshore Dev/DevOps Run & Build team, fostering a strong culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and SRE best practices
• Establish and monitor reliability standards, including SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets, to balance feature velocity with system stability
