Join our City Insurance program as a New Business Commercial Underwriter specializing in Multi-Family, Landlord, Apartment, and Condo insurance for small urban and mixed-use properties. You will be responsible for account pipeline management, risk selection, qualification, and pricing within the program guidelines and objectives, and selling the proposal to insurance brokers. You'll communicate and negotiate directly with brokers and carriers. This encompasses tasks such as ensuring accurate underwriting information, determining eligibility, maintaining well-documented insurance files, addressing questions, resolving issues, and servicing change requests.
