ABOUT DSC:
In 2011, Dollar Shave Club didn’t just shake up the shaving aisle—we reinvented it. A viral video put us on the map, and our direct-to-consumer model challenged an entire industry by making great razors accessible, affordable, and actually fun to buy.
Since then, we’ve grown far beyond blades. From grooming to personal care, we’ve built a lineup of quality essentials designed to make life easier (and smoother), whether you find us online or in stores near you.
Today, DSC is expanding into new categories and new markets, but our DNA hasn’t changed. We’re still here to cut the BS, deliver real value, and bring a little humor to the everyday routine.
So what are you waiting for? Join the Club.
ROLE SUMMARY:
We’re excited to bring on a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to join the TikTok Shop Channel team, supporting both Dollar Shave Club and Truly Beauty! In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day engine of our TikTok Shop affiliate program: recruiting and vetting new creators, managing sampling, onboarding and supporting affiliates, and turning creator content into GMV. You’ll be the go-to contact for our creator community, from first outreach and sample request through posting, performance, and reactivation, including our Spanish-speaking creators and Star/VIP partners.
You’ll collaborate closely with our brand, marketing, and e-commerce teams to coordinate monthly product pushes, distribute creator briefs, set up Target Collabs, and make sure creators have the right products ahead of every launch. You’ll also keep a close eye on the numbers, pulling weekly performance, tracking what content angles actually convert, and recommending which creators and
products to scale, maintain, or deprioritize.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, lives and breathes TikTok Shop, and combines strong relationship-building instincts with a data-driven approach to creator performance. If you love working with creators, know a great hook when you see one, and get excited about watching GMV grow, we want to hear from you.

Execute monthly and campaign plans by distributing creator briefs, setting up and managing Target Collabs, coordinating product pushes, and ensuring creators have the right products before launches
Pull weekly TikTok Shop creator performance and maintain trackers for GMV, active creators, videos, samples, and conversion, recommending which creators and products to scale, maintain, re-engage, or deprioritize
Help manage our creator community on Discord and in our Spanish-language chat, answering recurring questions, sharing product education, and celebrating creator wins to keep the community engaged
