Commercial Insights Analyst

Eaton ’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Commercial Insights Analyst. This is a remote position within the United States. Relocation is not provided.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you’ll do:

ICD is undergoing a significant commercial transformation, and data-driven insights play a critical role in improving customer experience, enabling growth, and making the division easier to do business with. This role requires a self-motivated problem solver who is comfortable navigating change, building new capabilities, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, and business outcomes. At Eaton , making what matters work means bringing curiosity, accountability, and practical solutions that help the business move faster and serve customers more effectively. The Commercial Insights Analyst will develop and maintain trusted data assets and reporting solutions that serve as a single source of truth for ICD’s key financial performance metrics, forecast indicators, customer and channel insights, product portfolio performance, and operational service benchmarks. [BS1.1] A key deliverable for this role is the creation and ongoing enhancement of a unified self-service analytics hub for Product Managers (PMs), Product Line Managers (PLMs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Sales Operations, and division leadership. This role will also support and advance ICD’s AI data readiness by establishing and maintaining the data, knowledge management, governance, and documentation practices required for effective use of enterprise AI capabilities.
