As part of our commercial organisation, we're hiring a Customer Support & Sales Agent to help our accounts buy with confidence and grow with us.

About the Role

This role combines sales and customer care. You'll be a go-to contact for accounts on our platform, from their first questions before they buy to their first winning bid and beyond. You'll help them find the right cars, guide them through the auction process, and sell along the way. Because you'll know those customers better than anyone, you'll also be the one who spots the accounts with real growth potential and helps them take the next step with us. Responsibilities
