Relish, now part of Eftsure
This opportunity sits within Relish, which recently joined Eftsure following its acquisition by the global payment protection company. While you may be viewing this role through Eftsure ’s careers page, you’ll be joining the Relish team and working directly within the Relish business.
Together, Eftsure and Relish now protect $288 billion in annual payments and monitor 11 million vendors across 190 countries, marking a major step towards becoming the global leader in trusted enterprise payments - from onboarding through to payment.
About Relish
Relish helps organisations get more from their enterprise software investments through AI-powered solutions designed to improve supplier data validation, third-party risk management and invoicing.
Trusted by more than 100 global organisations, including Fortune 500 companies, Relish works across complex enterprise procurement environments to help businesses improve efficiency, strengthen supplier processes and maximise the value of their technology ecosystems.
We’re a remote-first business built around teamwork, trust and integrity, and we’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to play a key role in supporting our continued growth.
The Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll partner closely with our sales team throughout the customer journey, helping prospects understand how Relish can solve complex challenges across supplier onboarding, payment validation and the broader Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
You’ll join customer conversations, ask the right questions, uncover what’s really happening within their environment and translate those insights into compelling, tailored solutions and product demonstrations.
You don’t need to be the person building complex integrations behind the scenes - we have specialist delivery teams for that. You do need to understand customer environments well enough to have credible conversations, identify challenges and opportunities, and confidently demonstrate how Relish can add value.
We’re open-minded about where you’ve built that experience. You may already be a Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineer, or come from Business Analysis, sales, business development, procurement or another relevant customer-facing background.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Discovery & Problem Solving
Partner with Account Executives to understand customer environments, ask thoughtful questions and uncover challenges across supplier onboarding, payment validation and Source-to-Pay processes.
Solution Consulting
Translate customer requirements into practical solutions and help prospects understand how Relish fits within their existing procurement and finance technology ecosystem.
Tailored Product Demonstrations
Build and deliver compelling demonstrations using existing demo environments, customising the experience to reflect each prospect’s processes, challenges and priorities.
Deal Support
Support opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from discovery through technical evaluation, RFPs and RFIs, demonstrations and solution discussions.
Enterprise Platform Expertise
Develop a strong understanding of customer environments across platforms such as Workday, Coupa, SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA and confidently discuss how Relish complements these ecosystems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and opportunities transition smoothly from pre-sales into implementation.
Customer Advocacy
Act as a trusted adviser to prospects and customers, balancing curiosity with the confidence to challenge assumptions, push conversations further and identify the right solution.
Industry Engagement
Occasionally represent Relish at relevant trade shows, conferences and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
Experience within Source-to-Pay, procurement, supplier management, payment validation or a closely related environment

Confidence speaking with prospects and customers and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Naturally curious - you enjoy investigating problems, asking questions and getting beneath the surface
Confident engaging with customers and comfortable challenging assumptions when needed
Strong communicator who can make complex concepts easy to understand
Commercially minded with an understanding of how customer problems translate into business opportunities
Comfortable learning independently and taking ownership in an environment with a high degree of autonomy
Adaptable and willing to learn new products, platforms and customer environments
Collaborative and comfortable partnering closely with Sales, Product and Delivery teams
Confident delivering presentations and product demonstrations to a range of stakeholders
