📋 Tasks and responsibilities
This assignment is split into two main parts:
- 70%: delivery of change activities within strategic projects
- 30%: support for the Change Office and reinforcement of a lasting change culture
- In this role, you support and coach team, programme and project managers on the people side of change within their initiatives.
You contribute to projects such as the implementation of digital tools, including an HRIS, the rollout of tools for technical and field-based employees, the setup and positioning of a new department and team, and the further development of a Change Office and change culture.
