As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective customers, existing clients, or partners. You may also receive inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing information.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls : Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Your goal may be to generate leads, set up appointments, or make sales.

Inbound Calls : Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, or requests.
