About the Company
Our client is a U.S.-based company operating at the intersection of digital media, performance marketing, marketing technology, and competitive entertainment.
The company provides marketing and customer acquisition services to businesses in sports betting, iGaming, and prediction markets, combining data analytics, attribution technology, media buying, and creator-driven distribution.
As the business grows, it is focused on strengthening its market positioning, building a scalable revenue engine, and leveraging AI-powered systems to accelerate commercial growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) to lead the company's growth strategy, demand generation, and revenue operations.
Working closely with executive leadership, you will connect market positioning, pipeline generation, brand strategy, revenue operations, and AI automation into a unified GTM system.
A key priority is developing a strong top-of-funnel acquisition engine through owned media, newsletters, podcasts, thought leadership, and strategic content.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience leading GTM for service-based businesses, such as digital media agencies, performance marketing agencies, consulting firms, or similar professional services organizations.
This is not a traditional SaaS GTM position. The ideal candidate understands how to position, market, and sell services, generate qualified B2B opportunities, and build scalable commercial systems.
Why This Opportunity?
Own the GTM strategy of a growing U.S.-based services business.
Work directly with executive leadership on revenue growth and market positioning.
Build demand generation and owned media programs from the ground up.
Implement AI-powered systems with measurable commercial impact.
Shape the processes, technology, and team structure supporting future growth.
What You'll Do
GTM Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute GTM strategies specifically for service-based B2B businesses.
Define target segments, positioning, value propositions, and acquisition opportunities.
Build a full-funnel growth model connecting marketing activities to qualified pipeline and revenue.
Partner with revenue leadership on growth targets, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve pricing, packaging, and commercial positioning.
Demand Generation, Brand & Owned Media
Build and lead a demand generation strategy focused on qualified B2B pipeline.
Develop owned media channels, including newsletters, podcasts, thought leadership, and strategic content.
Strengthen brand positioning and establish the company as an industry authority.
Turn customer results, market insights, and industry expertise into compelling commercial narratives.
Identify strategic partnerships, distribution opportunities, and industry events that support growth.
Revenue Operations & AI Automation
Own and optimize the GTM technology stack, including CRM, lead enrichment, sequencing, analytics, and reporting.
Establish reliable pipeline tracking, attribution, and revenue forecasting processes.
Personally design, build, and deploy AI agents or automated workflows supporting prospecting, research, outreach, content operations, and reporting.
Improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and conversion performance.
Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies that support scalable growth.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with executive and revenue leadership to align marketing, sales, and business objectives.
Establish clear reporting, performance reviews, and strategic planning processes.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate internal and external resources.
Recommend hiring priorities, team structures, and process improvements as the company scales.

Important Notes
This is a senior, hands-on GTM leadership role for a service-based business, not a traditional SaaS marketing or GTM position.
Candidates must demonstrate direct experience in services-led demand generation, revenue operations, and commercial growth.
Practical AI experience is essential. As part of the interview process, candidates will be expected to present real examples of AI-powered systems, process automations, or workflows they have personally built and implemented. Basic AI use for writing emails or generating content is not sufficient.
The interview process will involve the company's CEO and SVP of Revenue.
