The ideal candidate brings at least 7 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing operations, and can contribute immediately with minimal supervision.
Exceptional communication skills are essential. You must be able to communicate clearly, document decisions accurately, and provide structured updates that eliminate ambiguity and keep stakeholders aligned.

Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and outstanding priorities clearly.
Consolidate updates from regional marketing teams and maintain visibility into ongoing activities.
Identify duplicated efforts, delays, dependencies, and operational bottlenecks.
Track campaign progress at an operational level without directly managing campaign execution.
Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Operational Support
Identify gaps in workflows, reporting, and internal coordination.
Support problem-solving when marketing or sales handoff processes encounter issues.
Develop practical solutions to improve efficiency, accountability, and collaboration.
Maintain organized documentation and project tracking systems.
Leverage collaboration and project management tools to streamline daily operations.
