This is a remote position.
Business Analyst with 8-10+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in US Retirement/Recordkeeping, working with large recordkeeping clients to drive business analysis, solution design, and delivery across retirement platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Work on recordkeeping platforms (e.g., Omni, Relius, FRP, TRAC)
- Support plan onboarding, including data mapping and payroll integration
- Interpret plan documents, legal provisions, and service provisions for system configuration
- Contribute to Sponsor / Participant / Advisor digital experiences
