About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive LTL Operator to support a US-based client’s refrigerated Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) distribution program for a major retail customer. This role focuses on shipment planning, truck consolidation, carrier assignment, delivery appointment management, and customer communication to ensure shipments meet their required arrival dates.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics operations, excellent written English, and the ability to manage a high volume of emails while making sound operational decisions. This is a hands-on role that requires critical thinking, ownership, and the ability to balance multiple scheduling and transportation constraints in a fast-paced environment.
