Job Description:

The Delivery Director serves as Fluence ’s senior Customer Success representative for a designated sub-region within Europe, balancing operational rigor, customer trust, and commercial discipline while leading a high-performing projects organization in the assigned markets. The Delivery Director is responsible for the successful execution and financial performance of Fluence ’s project portfolio within the sub-region. This role owns project delivery outcomes from sales contract handoff, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, at or above expected margin, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
