Senior Instructional Designer

Job Description

The Talent Development Instructional Designer partners with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the Talent Development team to design and develop high-quality learning experiences that improve performance and support organizational goals. This role applies adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging, scalable, and effective learning solutions across multiple modalities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Designing and developing content and courses, partnering with internal subject matter experts, and/or external vendors to achieve defined talent development and business objectives.
