The Garage Door Industry Is in a Gold Rush. We're Leading It.
Private equity is buying up garage door companies at a pace the industry has never seen. That capital is driving up the cost of leads, reshaping how companies compete, and forcing every garage door business to evolve fast.
Most marketing agencies don't understand this. They treat garage door companies like any other home service business, the same playbook they'd use for a plumber or a roofer. They don't understand that a $3M independent competing against a PE backed regional rollup needs a completely different strategy than a locksmith trying to rank on Google.
We do.
Garage Door Marketing Lab is the only marketing agency built exclusively for the garage door industry. Our clients are garage door companies doing $1M to $10M+ in revenue, independents fighting to stay competitive and growth stage operators positioning for scale. We build the marketing systems that drive profitable growth, and we have posted industry record ROAS results doing it: 10.9X, 8X, and 6X.
Our brand is inspired by Apple, Porsche, REI, and Lululemon: premium, modern, best in class.
We Are an AI First Agency. This Is Not Optional.
Every person here uses Claude daily. We build in Claude with VS Code. Real automations are already running in production: our Weekly Marketing Update system, a client tracker that auto syncs Meta, Google PPC, LSA, GoHighLevel leads and Google reviews every day, an automation health watchdog, and a strategy session deck generator.
We believe this is what a marketing agency looks like going forward. If that excites you, and you want to add to it rather than just tolerate it, keep reading. If AI is something you will get around to learning eventually, this is not your seat.
