What You'll Do:
Business partnership and organisational effectiveness Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver evidence-based people plans that support business growth, innovation and transformation, with clear measures of success.
Act as a trusted adviser and constructive challenger on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, organisational culture and people risks.
Lead organisational design and change programmes, covering structures, role design, selection, consultation and implementation.
Coach leaders through growth and transformation, supporting clear communication, employee engagement and retention of critical skills.
Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical technical and leadership roles.
