The Associate BI Analyst will provide analytic support to the business or clinical area supported and will use analytic expertise including knowledge of data structures, programming, and statistics along with critical thinking to help the organization make data-driven decisions. The Associate BI Analyst, with direct supervision, assists in efforts to collect, clean, and interpret data sets in order to answer a question or solve a problem including identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the evaluation of existing processes and improvement efforts. Will gain experience with translating analyses and opportunity insights to non-technical stakeholders.
