Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Operations Analyst to join our dynamic auto parts team. The primary focus of this role is the review and analysis of various metrics including: RGNs, Core Accounts, Bad Debt, Store Billings, Cycle Counts, Pcard usage and Cash variances to manage the reconciliation activities Additionally, the Store Operations Analyst will present field leadership with actionable information about these metrics and collaborate closely with Loss Prevention and Operations teams in identifying operational and compliance opportunities, and developing plans of resolution.
