About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Operations Manager to drive user growth, trading activation, and engagement for our RWA Perpetual (Perp) Trading business. This role focuses on increasing first-time trades, active traders, trading frequency, trading volume, and fee revenue across RWA perpetual products, including U.S. equities, ETFs, indices, and other high-volatility assets .

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Design, BD, and Community teams to build scalable growth programs, optimize trading funnels, and execute high-impact campaigns around market events and trending assets.
