Come for the mission. Stay to build Jarvis for healthcare.
Healthcare benefits are messy for everyone: members, employers, even clinicians. At HealthJoy , we turn that mess into clear next steps. Our steerage engine is a layered, multi-agent LLM paired with a real-time recommendation system that guides each member to the right care, benefit, or savings at the right time. This isn’t a lab demo; it’s in production, touching real people’s health and wallets every day.
You’ll join a seasoned engineering org to harden, scale, and evolve what’s already live. If you like applied AI with guardrails, high throughput data pipelines, and shipping reliable systems that measurably cut costs and time, you’ll feel at home here.
We’ve raised $100M+ (most recently Series D), earned recognition from Inc. and Built In, and grown to a global team dedicated to building technology that actually helps people use their benefits. Come help us turn fragmented benefits into a personal healthcare co-pilot.
