Part-time Staff Accountant

We are looking for a part-time Senior Accountant who is enthusiastic about working independently. This role demands a fast-paced environment and keen attention to detail. The perfect candidate will excel in organizing data with spreadsheets.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) and will follow US Eastern business working hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities in QuickBooks Online
• Payroll processing and AP management via Gusto
• Month-end close and reconciliations across multiple bank platforms
