The Sr. Instructional Designer leverages advanced instructional design expertise, AI-enabled workflows, learning analytics, and consultative problem-solving to address business challenges and influence learning strategy. In addition to designing high-impact learning solutions, this role coaches andmentorsother designers,pioneersinnovative methodologies and technologies, and helps shape the future of learning design practices across the organization.
