The Director, Segment Quality Engineering is a strategic technology leader responsible for advancing quality engineering practices across a defined portion of Humana ’s technology portfolio. Reporting to the AVP, Quality Engineering – Segment, this role will lead teams responsible for delivery quality, test automation, release readiness, and continuous improvement across multiple product and application teams.

This leader will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Platform, DevOps, and enterprise quality partners to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle and improve release confidence, delivery speed, and production stability. Responsibilities
