Environmental Planner

Ready to make a difference?

We are the Environment & Planning Division. We are passionate about doing what’s right for our clients, our people, the communities where we live and work, and the environment. We are planners, scientists, program managers, communicators, economists, technologists, and strategists. We are collaborative, curious, and committed to excellence—these are qualities we value that make us who we are and inspire us to grow.

We help clients achieve compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) through the preparation or review of Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) and Environmental Assessments (EAs) for projects nationwide. We also help clients with environmental compliance, permitting, and siting for their projects. To support our growth, ICF is seeking an Environmental Planner to work remotely, with a preference for staff to be located in Florida or the Eastern United States (east of the Mississippi River). Staff may work remotely and have the option to work from one of our offices such as the Tallahassee, FL office. This position will support clients’ NEPA compliance for a variety of project types including but not limited to: energy (mining, transmission, renewables), disaster management environmental services, and transportation.
