Job Overview

Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Director-level healthcare leader with deep experience in healthcare quality performance, clinical documentation integrity, hospital quality ratings, and patient safety improvement. This role is responsible for delivery and business development for new and existing client relationships. You will partner with provider organizations to assess current quality and clinical documentation performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable strategies related to healthcare quality ratings, CMS Star scores, Leapfrog Safety Grade, Case Mix Index and accurate DRG documentation. Healthcare consulting experience is preferred, but candidates must have direct hospital-based experience in these areas.
